Empowering Home Childcare. Elevating Futures.

At Full Circle, I am proud to be part of Reaching For The Stars, a collaborative initiative developed in partnership with the City of Las Cruces. While I did not create the program, I was invited to lend my experience and support to help bring this vision to life.

Through this partnership, Angela, the City of Las Cruces, and I formalized our collaboration by signing a Memorandum of Understanding, allowing us to work together in service of our community. This effort reflects our shared commitment to creating meaningful opportunities and support for those we serve.

 Through this work, I’m passionate about supporting excellence in childcare by helping home-based providers build the skills, confidence, and resources they need to grow their businesses and improve the care they offer. I focus on empowering providers while making sure children are in safe, nurturing, and enriching environments where they can truly thrive.

I also provide personalized coaching, training, and ongoing support to help providers expand their services, earn important credentials, and create long-term stability for themselves and the families they serve.

Through initiatives like this, I continue to support providers, empower families, and help ensure children are growing in environments where they can learn, thrive, and succeed.

Another important part of my work is supporting home visiting programs that help families during the earliest and most important stages of a child’s development.

In New Mexico, we have a strong network of home visiting services that are high quality, community-driven, and respectful of each family’s culture and language. These programs focus on supporting maternal health, infant well being, early childhood development, safety, and strong parent child relationships.
